Cambridge NeuroWorks Fellowship Programme launched in Partnership with ARIA

We are proud to announce the launch of the Cambridge NeuroWorks Fellowship Programme, a multi-million-pound, three-year collaboration with the Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA). This initiative is dedicated to transforming neuro-technologies to tackle some of the most pressing neurological and mental health conditions, including depression, dementia, chronic pain, epilepsy, and brain injuries. 

The Fellowship Programme is designed to empower individuals and teams from all over the UK and from different sectors including industry, academia and healthcare, by helping them to access Cambridge’s world-class resources, including: 

  • Lab space 
  • Scientific mentoring 
  • Networking opportunities 
  • Business support 

You don’t need to consider yourself part of the “neurotech” community to apply—what matters is your ability to think boldly and contribute innovative solutions. We encourage applications from: Engineers, scientists, clinicians, medical professionals, and industry experts. 

And what do we mean by Neurotech? It could be drugs, devices, diagnostics or digital solutions. 

Our goal is to help innovators bring their radical, life-changing ideas to life and grow them into successful companies, creating breakthrough technologies such as brain-computer interfaces and advanced implants that improve lives globally. 

Two Fellowship Tracks: 

  • Blue Sky Fellows: For visionary thinkers with disruptive ideas ready to be tested and developed. 
  • Frontier Fellows: For innovators with proven concepts looking to scale their solutions into thriving businesses.
