B960 is a three storey new build 40,000 sq ft laboratory building construed in February 2024 at the front of the Campus. The available suites are at first floor, and can be leased in isolation or combined to provide in excess of 10,000 sq ft. B960 is the third building or a trio constructed since 2020, and currently houses Insmed and Mosaic Therapeutics. With an EPC A rating, and BREEAM Excellent assessment, the lab areas are fully fitted and capable of housing 3 ducted fume hoods per suite. The CAT A office areas are ready to receive a bespoke occupier fit out.
