The HR Coordinator role will support the recently appointed Director of People & Development in a newly created function. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, growing team and be involved in activities and projects across the entire employee lifecycle.
o Support the development of the HR infrastructure:
▪ develop an electronic system for employee files
▪ implement full capability for the existing HRIS and become a superuser to run reports and extract data
o Recruitment administration – liaising with hiring managers to place job adverts, contact with external recruitment companies, logging applications, organising interviews etc.
o Onboarding new employees – right to work checks, reference requests, new starter documentation, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders e.g. Finance, IT, Operations, Health & Safety etc.
o Administering leavers, maternity, paternity and parental leave requests.
o Supporting the Director of People & Development on HR projects relating to policy review, culture, wellbeing and development
o Previous experience in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role
o Have recent, working knowledge of an HRIS in a key user/superuser capacity
o Be a self-starter with a passion for supporting the development of an HR function. Be resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation
o Be approachable and have a ‘can-do, will-do’ attitude

o Strong internal and external verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail

For this role, we offer a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days working in the office and 2 days remote.
