Office based position

Your role in our team:

We are looking for an office administrator to join the Office Operations Team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator will provide hands on support, to ensure smooth running of the office, always maintaining a positive and friendly image to foster an environment that truly reflects the culture and values.

You will thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment and will be looking for an opportunity to support the rapid growth of from an office operations perspective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support office manager to ensure smooth running of the office

• Deliver a first-class visitor experience

• Day-to-day responsibility of office administration (eg: post, stationary, office supplies)

• Maintain office housekeeping to a high standard

• Maintain company databases in accordance with requirements

• Process delegated purchase requests

• Provide diary and email support to office manager

• Champion good office working practices and culture (eg: Clear desk and hot-desking)

• Assist with travel bookings as directed

• Support team members with office and facilities related matters


• Have previous experience or an interest in administrative duties

• Possess superb organisation and time management skills

• Enjoy being busy!

• Have good written communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• Can handle multiple priorities at once and deliver

• Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

With essential experience in…

• Previous experience as an office administrator / assistant

• You will have the support you need to do your job, we are simply looking for someone with a proactive approach to their work and a passion for getting things done!

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel - standard keyboard skills.
