Babraham Research Campus and Equiem team up to elevate life science community experience

Babraham Research Campus and Global proptech leader Equiem have announced a partnership that will provide an enhanced experience for the Campus’s life science community in Cambridge. The collaboration will create one central communication hub that will add value to the service offering for Babraham Research Campus companies and enhance the overall experience of life on Campus.

Occupiers will have access to the Equiem One platform where they can contribute their own content, and share news and company updates to promote their activities across the Campus community. The Equiem One platform offers a perfect blend of operational capabilities with tenant engagement tools, all accessed through a user-friendly front end.

The primary goal of the Babraham Research Campus team was to establish a captivating online platform for seamless communication, information sharing, and the streamlining of operations by implementing Equiem's operational bolt-ons.

Samantha Jackson, Marketing and Business Development Manager at Babraham Research Campus specifically wanted to enhance direct communication with occupiers. The primary focus being to establish a central communication route. Additionally, the Campus sought to elevate its event management capabilities, streamline lab equipment rental, and optimise the booking process for meeting rooms and desks. By digitising helpdesk requests, the Campus aimed to improve its day-to-day operational experience.

The partnership will create "moments of serendipity" online to spark collaboration and knowledge sharing between occupiers. The Campus Connected platform will establish a digital life science community, providing an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth.
